Starting in November, both Carnival Legend and Carnival Pride will sail the Caribbean. Towards the end of the year, both Legend and Pride will also sail some select Panama Canal cruisings. In April 2024, the Carnival Spirit will sail a one-way Panama Canal cruise from Tampa. Norwegian Cruise Line will start offering sailing from Tampa in November of 2023.
